Dr. Mohamed Elrouby
Global Finance & Strategy | FP&A | Finance Digitalization | Academy Mentor
Dr. Mohamed Elrouby brings 20+ years of global multinational finance and strategy leadership across J&J, Novartis, Allergan, Takeda and Energizer, making him a strong Stratofa Advisory expert for finance strategy, FP&A transformation and performance management. His work establishing FP&A functions, automated planning models and 360-degree performance-management tools supports Academy programs on next-generation FP&A, business planning, forecasting and finance business partnering.
He is also an international finance speaker, MEA FP&A Council member and Gartner community ambassador. He co founded a global academy, advisory and technology services HOFT – Global.
Dr. Mohammed Elrouby is currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Zia Mustafa

Mr. Zia Mustafa brings CFO-level finance transformation and operational excellence experience as CFO of Mosanada Logistics Services, part of Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Group, supporting Stratofa Advisory finance strategy, performance improvement and growth agendas. His record includes aligning business vision with financial strategy, supporting expansion and annual cost savings initiatives, which makes him suited to advisory on restructuring, supply chain optimization and measurable business performance.
His expertise in governance, strategic planning, change management, Oracle Financials and 3PL billing modernization supports Advisory mandates in finance operating models, scalable controls and digital transformation. Mr. Khalid Noor provides board-level finance and HR leadership experience across FMCG, pharmaceuticals and assurance, making him a strong expert member for Stratofa Advisory’s finance strategy and transformation agenda. His senior roles at Unilever Foods Limited, Novartis Pharma Pakistan Limited and Macter International connect corporate finance, business partnering, HR strategy and information systems with practical operating experience. Dr. Khairill Rassidy

Dr. Khairill Rassidy has higher-education leadership and academic consulting experience across business management, computing education, aviation, tourism and hospitality, supporting for Stratofa Academy strategy, curriculum implementation and talent development agendas. His professional story bridges formal education with industry performance and employability, supported by DBA/MBA credentials, practical classroom delivery and a mentoring style that helps learners turn knowledge into confidence and career capability.
His roles as Founder/Program Director and Lead Instructor at Merit Training, together with lecturer connections with American Management University and PSB Academy, support Advisory mandates in learner pathways, governance-aware programme design and practical academic delivery.
